Happy Memorial Day and thank you to all of the veterans and active military..

Sorry this post is a day late, but bigger sorry there was no post last week. I lost track of the days and by the time I finished watching RAW it didn’t make sense to post. Also, this may be the last post for a while. I’m going out of town for several weeks and will likely not be watching wrestling on the beach!

This Big Show promo is taking too long. I’m bored. And if I’m bored at the beginning, I don’t pay as much attention throughout the rest of the show.

Okay, AWESOME tag team match. Even R-Truth looked really good and that was just a ton of fun.

Hey, Brodus Clay speaks!

CM Punk and Daniel Bryan had another spectacular match.

I might have forgotten that Sheamus is WH Champ. Oops.

Well, it seems that Big Show destroying people also bores me. So overall, current Big Show bores me. Other than that, RAW was pretty decent. Had some really good matches. It was odd that Cena didn’t show up, I wonder where he was (unless they said and I wasn’t paying attention, which is likely). But the show still works without him, which is likely good news for the (far) future.

Opening of the show was pretty good, and then a good tag match to follow. Then we got he closest thing to a real Divas match I can remember in months! haha

I have to admit the first hour of RAW came and went without a ton more of my attention. I’m not sure if it’s the content or just me being really tired! The transition from Big Show’s “firing” to the Funkasaurus was a little…abrupt.

The six-man tag went pretty well. I liked that it had a clean finish and didn’t just descend into chaos as they often do.

Cena is making me laugh. I hate Johnny Ace talking so much that it really just felt right. RAW did end up being decent. I enjoyed that the PPV wasn’t being shoved down my throat – although it seems like this one came up so, so fast.

Big Show and Cody Rhodes: the feud that just won’t quit.

It’s interesting to me that they’re putting Tensai in with the top, top guys already. He’s just had a few squash matches and they’re making him really important all the sudden. I know he has a history, but still. Also I might not care as much if I liked him. I’ll stop complaining about him soon, I promise.

Dolph Ziggler vs. Kofi Kingston – WWE’s attempt to persuade me that this RAW is awesome. I admit it’s helping a lot.

Nice to see Layla wrestle again! I would’ve preferred her against Natalya but oh well. I wonder if Beth will be ready to wrestle in two weeks – she posted a photo of her ankle a couple weeks ago and it looked pretty gnarly. Hopefully she’s lucky and is healing quickly.

Paul Heyman!! Badass. I’m not sure if people were cheering for him at the end of the statement he read or cheering for Lesnar quitting. Both, for me. Hahaha

SERIOUSLY can they mute Tensai’s breathing or something??
