Mick Foley! To be honest I had almost forgotten he’s back, shame on me. I am starting to get excited about the Royal Rumble. You truly never know what they’ll pull out for that.
Tag Title change at a non-televised event, eh? Nothing says we care about our tag division like that and then giving them like 5 minutes of TV time. But you have to give all four of those guys credit, they made the most out of their (short) time and put on a really great match.
Pretty quick title drop for Zack Ryder, as well.
Also it seems WWE didn’t expect people to boo Perez Hilton so much hahaha.
I like the Ryder/Cena companionship. I think it’s a good story and they’re both doing a good job with it. And I literally only heard Johnny Ace say, “Jack Swagger” that time. They really should mic him better.
I think one of Brodus Clay’s dancers could be Naomi from the Divas NXT/FCW, but I’m not sure. They certainly have come up with a unique character for this guy. Whether or not people care who he is, they certainly know who he is. (I do admit having a “what the hell is THIS” moment last week watching the Clay debut, haha.) Its kinda fun so far actually.
Speaking of last week, big Hall of Fame announcements! I’m quite pleased, though the videos made me realize I really miss Edge.
This Big Show/Daniel Bryan dynamic is interesting, it seems like they’re going to turn one heel but then it changes! I like it.
Ha, Jericho and his endless crowd pandering. I can’t say I expected Mr. Socko! Oh boy a good old-fashioned Punk rant!! Love it.

1. Ryder dropped the title because I believe I read that McMahon and the writers felt he was the reason for the ratings dropping. What McMahon and the writers failed to realize is that the ratings were dropping in the past weeks because it was around the holidays and not every fan is home watching Raw. No excuses from Vinnie Mac though because he believes there aren’t. This is one reason why wrestling needs an offseason.
2. Tag Team Titles drop at a House Show. This could be because Evan Bourne isn’t very liked among management. This is another reason why management is stupid. They did this to embarrass Bourne.
3. Enough with the celebrities who don’t know what the hell wrestling is. That’s why Hilton was getting booed. I would boo him just because he’s a paparazzi-type blogger. What a douche.
4. Brodus Clay – I don’t know what the purpose of this. Surely, WWE surprised us all by instead of having some Kane-like monster, they end up throwing a flamboyant funky loving dude out there. I find it disturbing. Brodus Clay isn’t impressive as a monster or whatever he is now.
5. The Jericho stuff is hilarious. I knew exactly what was going to happen as soon as Johnny Ace put him in that match. This is the third straight week though he walked out. It’s getting old. I honestly believe that the writers told him don’t talk unless they boo you but yet, we keep cheering him. I was laughing and cheering when he was walking back. Y2J!
6. As far as Foley is concerned, I will always love that guy for what he did in the ring. At first, I was wishing he would just go away like Flair or Hogan. But the difference is he wants his youngest kids to watch him wrestle at least once. I can’t blame him for that. Hogan and Flair on the other hand, don’t need to wrestle for their kids. I will add a dumb joke and say Flair wants to wrestle one more match so he let his fourth (or is it his fifth?) wife witness it in person.

Evan Bourne suspended again. He is either really dumb or really wanting to get out of the company.

UGH. Frustrating news about Evan Bourne. I sincerely hope he’s just being stupid or wants to end his contract and doesn’t have a serious problem
I agree with you about the holidays being the cause of the drop in ratings, Fro. I know I barely managed to watch, but RAW just happened to sandwich my (lovely Hawaiian) vacation.
Man I love Jericho more than ever right now. He’s got an easy job, but he’s doing it well.
Anyway, I think I’ve been kinda slow with comments recently, my apologies. I’m starting to get busy again and things get lost in the shuffle.
I should add as well that I like what WordPress has started today (essentially the 18th) with the SOPA protest. It’s an important thing that people don’t know much about.

Don’t worry about the lack of comments, We all have our slow times at our sites. I will say I heard all about the SOPA protest and how it could mean the end of the internet in this country. Good thing Canada is just six hours away!
